2 day'sLearn the principles of organizational design and change in this two day highly interactive course. We will explore seeing the world differently through the lenses of systems thinking, learn thinking and queuing theory. We will explore popular organization change models based on the work of Kotter and Lewin. At the end of the class you will equipped with the knowledge about how to design (and continuously) the organization that is fit for your purpose rather than blindly adopting a framework.

This course focuses on the principles and theories that underpin many of the agile practices as well as the principles of organizational change. It will also compare and contrast Agile vs. Waterfall and the theories, history and value of both. This class will not tell you what to do, rather it will tell you how to think about transforming your organization.
