Approach

Before the workshop

  • Gather metrics around lead-time, cycle-time & throughput

  • Define perfection vision target and interim state targets

  • Identify key representatives that need to be present during the session

During the workshop

Session 1 - Capture current state process (4 hours)

  • 30 minute diverge/merge cycles to build out map details

  • Identify bottlenecks in the prices

  • Identify which queues can be eliminated and determine how(e.g. automation/process change)
