Define perfection vision target and interim state targets
Identify key representatives that need to be present during the session
During the workshop
Session 1 - Capture current state process (4 hours)
30 minute diverge/merge cycles to build out map details
Identify bottlenecks in the prices
Identify which queues can be eliminated and determine how(e.g. automation/process change)
