I had the privilege of attending a LeSS training class with my Business Org taught by Ahmad last week. The class was great. Ahmad gave true real world context to LeSS and his overall knowledge of Agile practices and principles was apparent with each module. He gave me the content I needed to dream and design and work the framework into something that I hope will work for our Engr teams, however, as we learned from him, its fine if it doesnt as we can try another experiment within the framework or even something else. I loved the class. It was not what you typically get when doing all day multiple day trainings. It was lively, interactive, and great way to connect with colleagues in other parts of our organization. I would recommend him and this class to anyone who wants to understand and not just implement LeSS.
